ZAROLAT

ZAROLAT is a design gallery in DUMBO founded by architect Zeynep Arolat in 2018. The studio presents curated exhibitions of work by international architects, designers, and makers, emphasizing craftsmanship and thoughtful design practices.

Zeynep Arolat founded ZAROLAT in 2018 as an independent design studio working across architecture, interiors, and furniture. In 2024, she opened ZAROLAT's first studio and gallery in a historic DUMBO landmark, establishing a space for thoughtfully curated exhibitions that celebrates skillful design and artisanship, showcasing a diverse collection of works by an international community of architects, designers, artists, and makers. ZAROLAT's Dumbo location emerges not just as a showroom, but as a collaborative platform for slower thinking and deeper making. At ZAROLAT, they look for makers (both in design and fine art) who are sensitive to material as a collaborator, not just as a tool. ZAROLAT was founded with the intention of dissolving boundaries between disciplines and categories.

Never miss what's on at ZAROLAT.
