Klein moves between sound collage, production, and composition across R&B, grime, electronic, and classical idioms: always interrogating genre boundaries. Since 2016, the South London producer has released albums for Hyperdub and independently through her own labels, ijn inc. and Parkwuud Entertainment, building infrastructure alongside her practice. Her work insists on permeability: tracks layer gospel with noise, bring together collaborators from jazz and underground rap, score gallery exhibitions. What animates the practice is refusal to choose: a conviction that the most interesting music happens at the intersections.
